Hybrid Methodology Design: I select the most efficient mix of qualitative (e.g., interviews, usability testing, concept tests) and quantitative (e.g., experimental design, survey benchmarking, log analysis) methods to capture insights that address the what, why and/or how of product development.

Synthesis & The "Translation Layer": Raw data is only as good as its delivery. I synthesize complex findings into digestible recommendations.
